1 Eligibility & Age Restriction

To register and use the jiliso platform for real-money gaming, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, in accordance with PAGCOR regulations and the Republic Act No. 9287 of the Philippines.
• You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is not prohibited by applicable law.
• You must be acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
• You must not be a person listed on any government-mandated self-exclusion registry or prohibited persons list.
• You must not be a current employee, officer, director, agent, contractor, or immediate family member of a current employee of jiliso or any of its affiliated game providers.

jiliso reserves the right to request proof of age at any point during a player's use of the platform. Failure to provide satisfactory age verification documents within 72 hours of request will result in temporary suspension of withdrawal privileges until compliance is achieved.

2 Account Registration

2.1 Single Account Policy

Each individual player is permitted to register and maintain only one (1) jiliso account. Opening multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details, mobile numbers, email addresses, payment methods, or IP addresses — is strictly prohibited. jiliso employs automated systems to detect duplicate accounts. All duplicate accounts will be suspended and any bonuses or winnings accumulated across these accounts will be forfeited.

2.2 Accuracy of Information

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information promptly if it changes. jiliso is not responsible for any loss or inconvenience arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information. Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information is grounds for immediate account termination.

2.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jiliso login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You agree not to share your credentials with any third party. jiliso will not be liable for any unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. If you suspect unauthorized access, you must contact jiliso support immediately.

2.4 Account Ownership

Your jiliso account is personal to you and is non-transferable. Selling, transferring, or otherwise assigning your account to another individual is prohibited. jiliso reserves the right to refuse service, close accounts, and void transactions at its sole discretion.

3 Deposits & Withdrawals

3.1 Accepted Payment Methods

jiliso currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following payment channels available in the Philippines:

Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions: (a) your account must be fully KYC-verified before the first withdrawal; (b) any active bonus funds must be played through according to the applicable wagering requirements before withdrawal; (c) withdrawals may only be made to a payment method previously used to deposit into your account; and (d) jiliso reserves the right to conduct additional identity and source-of-funds verification before processing any withdrawal.

3.3 Anti-Money Laundering

jiliso is committed to complying with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) laws and regulations in the Philippines. We may request documentary evidence of the source of funds for any deposit or withdrawal that triggers our AML monitoring thresholds. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in the suspension of withdrawal processing until the matter is resolved to our satisfaction.

4 Bonuses & Promotions

jiliso offers various promotional bonuses to new and returning players, including welcome deposit bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and reload bonuses. The following general terms apply to all bonuses unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• All bonuses are subject to a wagering (rollover) requirement that must be completed before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The specific multiplier will be stated in the bonus offer.
• Bonuses are valid for a limited time period. Unused bonus funds and any associated winnings will expire automatically after the stated validity period.
• jiliso reserves the right to restrict eligible games for bonus wagering purposes. Contributions toward wagering requirements vary by game type — generally, slots contribute 100%, while table games and live dealer games may contribute at a lower rate.
• Only one bonus may be active on your account at any given time, unless jiliso expressly states otherwise.
• Bonuses are issued for personal recreational use only. Exploiting bonus offers through systematic or coordinated betting strategies — including but not limited to matched betting, arbitrage, or the use of multiple accounts — is prohibited and will result in forfeiture of all associated bonus funds and winnings.
• jiliso reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.

5 Gameplay Rules & Fair Use

All games available on the jiliso platform are operated in accordance with their respective rules published within the game interface. By participating in any game, you accept the applicable rules of that game. In the event of any discrepancy between the displayed result and the theoretical outcome, the result recorded in the jiliso server logs shall be considered definitive.

All real-money games use certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) that have been independently tested and audited for fairness and statistical randomness. Live dealer games are conducted in regulated studio environments with human dealers using physical gaming equipment. jiliso does not control individual game outcomes on behalf of any player.

In the event of a game malfunction, disconnection, or technical error, jiliso reserves the right to declare all bets on the affected round void and return the stake amounts to the relevant player accounts. We are not liable for any loss of winnings that result from a technical malfunction or internet connectivity issue on the player's side.

6 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the jiliso platform and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where required by law:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to place bets, access account features, or interact with the platform in any unauthorized manner.
• Collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes or systematically exploit game mechanics.
• Using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorized payment methods to fund an account.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering or using the jiliso platform to conceal the proceeds of criminal activity.
• Opening or operating multiple accounts to circumvent account limits, claim multiple bonuses, or evade a previous suspension or ban.
• Providing false identity documents during KYC verification or misrepresenting your age, identity, or location.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to jiliso's systems, data, or other players' accounts.
• Exploiting any software bug, glitch, or technical error to gain an unfair advantage, and failing to report such errors to jiliso support immediately upon discovery.

7 KYC & Identity Verification

Know Your Customer (KYC) verification is a regulatory requirement under Philippine anti-money laundering and responsible gaming regulations. jiliso requires all players to complete KYC verification before their first withdrawal is processed.

Standard KYC documentation requirements include: (a) a valid government-issued photo ID such as a Philippine passport, UMID, SSS ID, or driver's license; (b) proof of address not older than three months such as a utility bill, bank statement, or barangay clearance; and (c) proof of payment method ownership for the withdrawal channel used.

jiliso may request additional documentation at any time if required by our compliance team, including but not limited to enhanced due diligence for large transactions. KYC documents are stored securely in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws.

8 Privacy & Data Use

jiliso collects and processes personal data in accordance with the Republic Act No. 10173, the Data Privacy Act of 2012 of the Philippines. The collection and use of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions.

By registering a jiliso account, you consent to the collection, processing, and storage of your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy. You also consent to jiliso sharing your data with licensed third-party service providers, game suppliers, payment processors, and regulatory authorities where required by law or necessary for the operation of the platform.

You have the right to access, correct, and request deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting jiliso's support team. Please note that certain data may be retained for regulatory compliance purposes even after account closure.

9 Responsible Gaming

jiliso is committed to promoting safe and responsible gambling. We provide all registered players with access to a suite of self-management tools designed to help maintain healthy gambling habits:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit into your jiliso account.
• Loss Limits: Set a maximum amount you are willing to lose within a defined period.
• Session Time Limits: Restrict the length of your gaming sessions.
• Reality Checks: Receive periodic reminders of the time spent and money wagered during your session.
• Cooling-Off Period: Take a break from gambling for a defined period of 24 hours to 6 weeks.

10 Liability & Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jiliso's aggregate liability to any player arising out of or in connection with these Terms, the player's use of the platform, or any game, shall be limited to the net deposits made by that player in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

jiliso is not liable for: (a) indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages; (b) loss of profits, winnings, data, or goodwill; (c) interruptions to service caused by internet connectivity issues, third-party payment processor outages, or force majeure events; or (d) any unauthorized access to or alteration of your account data that results from your failure to maintain secure login credentials.

The jiliso platform and all content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law. jiliso does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

11 Account Suspension & Termination

jiliso reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent, unlawful, or abusive activity on the account.
• Chargebacks or disputes initiated through a payment provider without first contacting jiliso support.
• Requests from regulatory authorities or law enforcement agencies.
• Account inactivity for a period exceeding 12 consecutive months.

Upon account closure, jiliso will process a refund of any remaining real-money balance to the player's verified payment method, provided there are no outstanding compliance investigations. Bonus funds are non-refundable upon account closure. If an account is closed due to fraud or breach of these Terms, jiliso reserves the right to withhold the balance pending investigation.

Players may voluntarily close their jiliso account at any time by contacting the 24/7 support team. Voluntary account closure requests are processed within 5 business days.

12 Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the jiliso platform shall first be referred to jiliso's customer support team for resolution through good-faith negotiation.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days of being raised, the parties agree to submit the matter to binding arbitration in accordance with Philippine arbitration laws. The arbitration shall take place in Metro Manila, and the language of the proceedings shall be English.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent jiliso from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights, confidential information, or to prevent unauthorized use of the platform.
